CAM-SCI was appointed by Nottingham City Council to provide business planning, specification, design and operational advice in support of the development of a new commercial laboratory facility on a brown-field site in central Nottingham.
With a well-established life science market, Nottingham had a need for additional expansion space to accommodate its growing population of life science SMEs and to attract inward investors. CAM-SCI’s role was to provide advice to the Council, contractor and design team to facilitate the development of a speculative laboratory facility that was both fit for purpose and commercially sustainable.
