The Directors

David Lupson BSc MRICS

David Lupson has over 25 years’ experience in the successful development and operations of science parks and laboratories and is Europe’s most experienced science park practitioner. David has acted as Development Director and Chief Operating Officer for leading science parks, bioinnovation centres and related developments. His specialist knowledge in service delivery to the commercial innovation sector has resulted in the development of significant commercial clusters across the UK including biomedical, creative industries and ICT.

As a sector expert, David also acts as specialist commercial advisor to life science companies looking to source new laboratory premises.

Dr Sarah Tasker

Dr Sarah Tasker is founding Director of CAM-SCI and has worked extensively with major clients across the UK to strategise specialist developments in London, Oxford, Cambridge and Edinburgh and post-industrial cities such as Liverpool, Newcastle and Manchester. Sarah has wide experience in leading university partnerships with public sector and private sector investors to deliver large scale science park projects and smaller niche developments together with place creation and supporting added-value infrastructures.
